The maintenance of the elevator should be done regularly by a qualified and authorized technician as required, for the smooth and safe operation of the elevator in accordance with the relevant legislation, the ΕΝ81.1-2 standards and the technical rules. Regular maintenance includes:
- Lubrication and cleaning of all parts – mechanisms.
- Functional control and adjustment of components – mechanisms.
- Cleaning and maintaining the installation (engine room – well – pulley room) in the best possible condition.
- Inspection for the safe operation of the installation as a whole.
- 24-hour fault reporting.
- Immediate restoration of emergency failures 365 days a year.
- Free coverage of maintenance consumables (lubricants – cleaning materials – lamps).
- Supply and replacement of spare parts if and when required, after written notification and acceptance of the cost by the customer.
- Insurance of the elevators against civil liability as required by the current legislation.
- Maintaining a complete database (breakdown history – maintenance – spare parts) for every lift we maintain.
- Possibility of maintenance by appointment if desired.
