Main Characteristics
- The toothed belt prevents any slippage characteristic of pull cable encoders.
- The triple belt pulley holds the belt on the shaft. The system is therefore silent up to a car’s maximum speed of 1.8 m/s.
- Automatic learning of threshold values and speed changes.
- 1 mm resolution.
The system enables:
- Eliminate all magnets that track position and speed changes, saving time and money during installation (ie systems with many stops and/or short ground clearances).
- Improve attitude and speed change accuracy. Greater accuracy than systems with magnetically operated switches.
- Particularly suitable for restoration projects, where the installation of magnets that monitor changes in position and speed is impossible or extremely difficult.
